Title: 1991 Electrical Schematic
Post by: Jason Worman on June 07, 2021, 03:29:21 AM
Hi All

I was wondering if anyone happens to the electrical schematic for a 1991 model. My owners manual is oddly missing the page that shows the breaker panel layout. My main panel had two knobs you turn to select for incoming power source i.e. shore, generator, or inverter. I have attached a picture.

Thank you,
Jason

Its a switchboard, manual transfer switch and breaker panel, all artfully rolled into one! Beautiful. Do you have a question about how it works?

Jason,
The diagram is on ~pg 30 of the 1984 - 1994 schematics. It's in Coach Assist Wiring Diagrams. Select Beaver Motorhome History 1978-1994, Beaver Coaches 1968-1994, then the 1984 - 1994 schematics. Its an E0017 dwg #.

The two switches allow you to pick the power source to power you coach up with.
The top switch allows you to select either generator power #1 or shore power cord #2 or the off position which you would use when using the inverter to power up the coach.
The lower switch allows you to feed power on from the above selected power source on to the breaker for the TV,  microwave etc
Or to power up that breaker from the inverter

The legend at the. Lower right explains the switch position required for each of the power sources.

Hope this helps
Eric
