I have a 97 Beaver Monterey 30' Cat 3126 that I recently changed the shock absorbers to Koni shocks. The shocks bottom out when I hit a bump or drive through a parking lot slow and push on the brakes, which makes the top of the shocks bottom out. I was told that these were the shocks to buy for my motorhome. Anyone else have that problem or know of a fix.

Bottoming out the shocks should simply not happen EVER The bump stops in the air springs (or the bump stops on the leaf springs) should be encountered before the shocks bottom out. You should check that the springs (air or leaf) are adequately supporting the vehicle, BUT I think in your situation, you have installed shocks that are too long for your application. I have heard from others the difficulty in finding the correct length Koni shocks to fit a particular chassis. Good luck with your research, but I would think that the shocks are definitely your problem.

What part number did you get?
You have the SMC Magnum S-Series "Blue Streak" chassis.
A website I just looked at shows these Koni FSD part numbers for your Coach:

Extended Length (IN) - 24.09
Collapsed Length (IN) - 15.12
Upper Mount Type - Eye 19.15mm
Lower Mount Type - Eye 19.15mm
and for the Rear:
8805 1005SP1
Extended Length (IN) - 24.09
Collapsed Length (IN) - 15.12
Upper Mount Type - Eye 19.15mm
Lower Mount Type - Eye 19.15mm

I am not sure which shocks he needs, but I believe that he has the 4 airbag chassis being a 30 foot coach. The 8 airbags chassis were used on 33 foot and up coaches.
