Title: Computer in my kitchen cabinet?

New to the forum. Very happy to have you all. Just sealed the deal on our new Ruby today. I have had many of my initial questions answered from here already. On the walk through today I noticed a large box (18"Wx18"Tx6"W) under my kitchen sink almost built into the back with shelving around it. Plugged into a GFCI with some low voltage wires coming out of the top.
Any ideas?

We have a big, black box under our sink too.  I believe it's one of the Bose components.  We were going to remove ours because the old Bose has given up... but it is too much work to get it out.

Thanks for the insight Gentlemen. As a retired plumber I look forward to my sink BOOMING!! LOL :D
