Title: Essex entry door lock

Have a 2006 Marquis  Just replaced cranking batteries  When got home the door lock does not work  Cannot reset master code  key pad works  is there something that needs to be reset after replacing batterys   system was working before changing batteries  thanks for the help  FORUM is great

Bobby, not sure why changing you chassis batteries impacted your entry door system. Suggest you review the troubleshooting guide and resetting entry door code pictured below. Also try calling Tri Mark tech support at 800-447-9343  ext 1072
