I have a Beaver 2006 Monterey Laguna IV. I have two beeping alarms going off constantly and I can't find the sources. One comes on when I turn the key, or/ and start the engine. There are no indications from the dials on the dashboard that anything is wrong. No other lights come on on the dash to indicate any problems. I have looked and looked for a reason and cannot find anything. The diesel runs very well, has just been serviced. Very mysterious and disconcerting.
The other beeping is coming from the area above the kitchen, as though a smoke alarm is going off. I have taken the smoke alarms down looking for this beeping, so there are none of these creating the beeping. I cannot see any alarm on the ceiling even with the slides open. Cannot find the source of this beeping, which is about every 5-10 seconds.
Have any suggestions? They are driving me crazy. Where do I look for these?

Our Coach has the outside keypad for the keyless door lock (Essex 1704). I had a phantom beep too, called Essex and they said the keypad will beep randomly when it malfunctions. Replaced keypad, no more phantom beep. Also check the carbon monoxide detector near the floor. These will beep when they have exceeded their 'life'(5 yrs).

Perry,
Does the beep that comes on with key on and engine running, stop after a few minutes? It sure sounds like the low air indicator. Do you see the air pressure gauge when the engine starts and runs for a few minute?

Also, if you have a hydraulic pump, then you could have low oil in its reservoir. Ours emits more of a "dinging" sound when the oil level is low.

Check for TV antenna is all the way down or the step is not all the way retracted.
