I really messed up on Easter Sunday, trying to get our coach ready for sale. I did the No-No of the year by not shutting off chassis battery power. I was removing the cover of the leveling system so I could check fuses, and got the cover across the +12 volt buss. Blew the 250 amp fuse in the battery compartment. Ordered new fuse, arriving tomorrow. I just wonder what else may have bitten the dust. Anyone with experience of knowledge of this situation is asked to comment!! My coach sits in the Storage One facility in the middle of the parking area. No ignition power, cannot move the coach. Help!!

Jerry,
It's possible that another fuse blew but you won't know until you replace the large one and see what works and doesn't work. If the fuse did its job you may be OK.

Jerry,
I agree with Steve. The reason for the fuse is protection. It did its job so let's move on and correct that. If there are further issues it will become apparent. Please advise and we will help. Fred

All is well! Picked up the new fuse at NAPA this AM. Installed, and voila....ignition power and engine start!! What a wonderful feeling. Thanks to all for their positive thoughts!!
Blessings.
