Title: Keyang 12 volt recliner motor

Does any one know of a source to get a replacement motor for the passenger's recliner?  The one I currently have is a KEYANG 12V 8600102  made in Korea.    It also has more numbers under that as can be seen in the photo. 

It will currently work for a second or three and then trip the circuit breaker, then run for another short span.  I have verified that the recliner leg mechanism is not binding, and that the screw jack moves without any restrictions.

If this motor is no longer available does anyone have a source for a similar one that would fit.  This one mounts to a small gear box and uses a small square key as the drive from the motor into the gear box. 

Thanks for any help, my wife really enjoys using the recliner.

Carl,
I think SMC used Villa furniture in their coaches. My 2000 and 2001 units had them. If yours does also, you might want to check with Villa to see if they have a source or replacement.  http://www.villainternational.com/

I called them and left a message for Mike who I was referred to, hopefully I will hear back.

I am also attaching a few more photos to show the motor better and how it goes together with the gear box, and the square drive key.

I just got a call back from mike at Villa and he told me that he had one that he would sell me.  Not sure if its NOS or a new unit, but it should be shipped out tomorrow.

Thanks for everyone's help!  I had already checked several sources and on line before posting.  I thought it would be a long shot to locate one, so maybe I should just celebrate finding one.
