I was wondering if anyone can help me find the old ac controls are they in the ceiling? I am trying to find where the low voltage wiring goes to. My new ones are #3314082.000 from Dometic .
Thank you for any help.

Anthony,
If you have Dometic (duo-therm) roof air conditioners, the front air conditioner is the one the thermostat connection and low voltage (12 volt dc power). The other airs are daisy chained together and tied to the front Air. The air conditioners all have a PC control board. Each control board have "dip switch settings". By default, the front air is zone 1. the 2nd air has the dip switch "zone 2" turned on so the thermostat can recognize it and give it commands. Some coaches have the bedroom air set to zone 3 or there is another thermostat in the bedroom. If that was the case, then the bedroom air by default will be zone 1. (zone 2 will be the bathroom heater). Post note: Remove the roof air shroud to access 6" by 6" sheet metal cover to see the PC board. Do you have a 5 button thermostat? Fred

Anthony,
The Dometic 3314082 is called a 10 button thermostat. It is only compatable with new model dometic air conditioners.
The original air conditioners only work with a 5 button t-stats. You need to call Dometic customer support (sorry I don't have their number) Possible solutions is to get the 5 button t-stat rebuilt or change the pc boards to communicate with the 10 button t-stat. Sorry, Fred
