I was having a problem getting the main awning to extend. I checked that there was power up to the plug that goes through the wall that the wire from the awning motor plugs into outside. The contacts were kinda dirty so I sprayed with contact cleaner and a small wire brush. When I tried to put the awning out afterwards there was a slight movement that was all. I had someone help me pushing buttons while I wiggled the plug and I got the awning to extend. When retracting I had the same issue. What I am asking is there somewhere I can get a new plug that goes through the wall? I looked on the Careree sight under parts and there was no listing. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you fix it? Any help will be appreciated.
