I'm putting new tires on our coach this month and I want to put long valve stems on the inside duals which are steel wheels. All I can find are for Alcoa aluminum wheels, any suggestions? Thanks

The best set available is the DL4M set from Borg Equipment. They call it the DuallyValve set. It is ridiculously expensive, but they are well built and will last a lifetime. I have installed them on my last three DPs. If you just want the stems for the inside duals, call and see which ones to order. Be sure and get the correct rubber bushings to fit your outside wheels to support the longer stems.

Since you are putting on new tires, I would go with the full set so that the outside tire stem is turned around so you can get to it. I hate "sheeps foot" truck inflators and I hate having my TPMS monitors screwed on backwards. I know it is expensive, but in the long run the convenience makes it worthwhile. I will never again use rubber hose or even braided hose valve stem extensions.

Here is their web site, https://yourtireshopsupply.com/category/796_944/motorhomesbusesclass-steelalum-wheels. Put these on my last two coaches, great product! Good luck.

Les Schwab Junction City installed this arrangement when we got our Toyos. But yeah, they’re aluminum, so I reckon I’d call Beaver Coach Service in Bend for advice 1-855-478-1470, perhaps Henderson’s Lineup in Grants Pass 541-326-4033, or a well heeled RV tire dealer like Les Schwab (541) 998-3319.

I want to thank all for the advice I received on the steel wheel valve stems. I used Frank Bergamo's suggestion, and went to yourtireshopsupply.com and found exactly what I needed. Chatted with a nice gal named Kelly who was very helpful. Thanks Frank
