Title: Fuse # for water pump
Post by: Trige Gleim on September 30, 2024, 11:31:47 PM
Our water pump suddenly stopped working. I'd like to check the fuse but I cannot locate it. Can anyone tell me what fuse location / fuse # to check? I have a fuse identification document but either I'm blind or it's not specifically called out. 2007 Beaver Contessa.
Thank you

Yours probably has a Multiplex system not too dissimilar to my ‘06 Monterey.  Check out my attached legend and see if your second module has a failed #10 or other mini fuse, especially if the pump isn’t activated by any of the rig’s several switches.  But also know that pumps commonly fail at the motor itself;  so if the fuse is good then break out a multimeter and with a switch on start checking, to the extent accessible, for voltage backward from the pump.

Your power utility boxes (110v house breakers and 12v fuses) may be elsewhere, but ours is behind a bathroom cabinet over the john.

Thank you. I'm not finding it to be a fuse issue. I'll continue to check.

When our water water pump quit working, it was working fine one day and didn't work at all the next day.  I replaced the pump.  That was about ten years ago.

Trige, the photo attached is the fuse location for your water pump assuming your 07 Contessa is the same as ours.
