Well, we moved from Virginia to Kelowna British Columbia this spring. My 98 Patriot Ticonderoga had the creepy window seals. It seems there is a shortage of people who can accomplish these repairs. I had seen an ad for RVFog Dr. in Searcy AR. I called them over a year ago with the idea of detouring via Searcy to get all my creepy windows done. I stopped there at the beginning of June this year and they replaced all but the drivers side window in one day for $2800, had everything back together and made no visible mess. One couple drove from Utah to get the windows redone as their seals had failed. I did not get the drivers window done as the top(large) window section is only one sheet of glass. The previous owner had the inner sheet of glass shatter and just filled the channel up with sealant. Touch wood it has not leaked in the last 12 years. Beaver Coach Sales tells me a whole window replacement, frame and all is about $2000 plus installation. I am wondering if there are any old windows out there the same size as mine. It would be cheaper to get a used glass section and drive back to Arkansas to get RVFog Dr. to do the work.

The folks at RVFogDr can cut a new piece of glass and install it for you. It does take a few days since they have to cut the glass and then send it off to be tempered. They did one for me and I have had no problems with it.

They told me up to 12 weeks to get the sheet of glass tempered. They were also worried about breaking the one sheet which was there. As I was on a time deadline I decided not to leave the RV there and fly back, so sadly I have one creepy window I still have to look at.

RV Glass Boss. I believe they are in Gilbert AZ. They come to most of the FMCA and a few BAC rallies. They redid our windows though another place had redone them before and the seals were bad already. Eight years and no seal creep now.
