Found the screws holding the Velcro straps for the extra dinning room chairs rusty when they pulled out while trying to tighten the velcro. Also noticed the wall paper coming off on the drivers side inside of the rear closet. I suspect it may be coming from the belt line molding. I sealed it last year but it seems to be bulging right where it turns from the horizontal to the vertical going down the rear cap. The area where its bulging is right where I suspect the leak is coming from. Can anyone tell me how to remove the belt molding without damaging the paint. I have read in the forum to use lexel to seal this.and not to apply over silicone.also should I remove the inside wood panel in the closet to verify that there is no mold in the wall?

Many of the rear bedroom leaks originate at the seam where the rear cap joins the roof and or side walls
These seams are covered by a trim piece these trim pieces or caps are often caulked to the side of the coach
However the real seam is under those trim caps and they can only be sealed properly by removing them cleaning
the seam and resealing them before reinstalling the caps.
On my coach I located a leak in the right rear hanging closet by removing the the roof cap trim lap seal and removing
The trim where ii found a 6" long gap a 1/4" wide where the factory had cut the cap back too far and it had not been sealed
properly allowing water could enter
Point being even though the lap sealant looked good the but the water was still getting in through that gap.
Just something else to check while your there.
Hope this helps

How can I remove the trim with out damaging the paint?

I'm not sure about your coach but on mine those trim pieces are held on with stainless steel screws
By simply removing the screws the trim should come off ( of course you may have to remove some caulking as well.
