Title: Water fill issue

I notice that my water tank fills up with city water connected. When I open the door to the water/black/grey tank is, I can ear water running. I have tried cycling the city water valve off/on but the water still seems to be by passing. Our previous MH at the same parks did not require a pressure regulator. Any thoughts.

It sounds like your fresh water fill valve is stuck partially open, or it is leaking.

For now I put a regulator on it and it stopped.
