Title: Running Wires from Back to Front
Post by: Dick Simonis on May 07, 2012, 04:51:26 PM
I'm in the process of installing a Ready Brake and it came with an indicator light that tells when the toad brakes are applied.  I'm just wondering what is the best routing method for the wire loom.

2000 PT.

Thanks

Dick

Mine was professionally installed and they ran the wire along the frame and other components.  It is secured with zip ties.  No protective loom was used.

There should be 2 spare wires running from the electrical bay below the driver seat to the rear of the coach near the trailer light hookup.  You can use those spare wires fro anything you need.  They are labeled "Spare".  It may take some searching.  I used them for my toad breaking system.

Thanks for the replys, I'll see if I can find the spare wires......who knows they may still be there even after 12 years.
