Title: Hydro-Hot
Post by: Fred Nikirk on June 18, 2012, 08:11:41 PM
I have a 2001 PT with a Hydro Hot that quit this morning.
Im getting a diesel burner status light a stir pump light a electric element light.  No hot water and
when I turn up my furnaces, no circulation pump light and no furnace fan.  I have plenty of diesel, new filter.  Any ideas?

Sometimes when mine quits for whatever reason, simply turning off the diesel switch on the panel inside the coach, and then back on a few seconds later will reboot the system.  Did you try that as a first check?

The exchanger fans and circulation pump may not run until the fluid is heated, and the burner and electric element may fire up again once you try a reset.

Fred, Orman's right.  If you haven't already, give him a call so he can help head off any further issues at less convenient times.
