I noticed after a hard rain the other day, some bright red streaks running down the side of the MH coming from the gutter. The red stuff seems to be oily and does not change colors after it dries. Roof AC's still work... Thought it may be compressor oil from the AC's.
Does anyone have an idea on what is causing this?

Karl,
Are there birds in the area that are eating cherries or red berries? I can not see any scenario were a functioning A/C unit could leak anything that would run down the side of the coach.

Gerald,
Yes, I thought the same thing. It happened during our trip on the Virginia coast with lots of birds passing over our campsite. I cannot see any streaks on the roof radius. It must have rolled off the roof and into the gutter. Is the compressor oil in our A/C units red in color?

Karl,
I have never seen red R22 refrigerant oil. It is always clear to light yellowish in color.

I have the problem from rusting screws on the gutter moulding. I replaced rusted screws with stainless.

After inspection, the problem was from a rusty screw behind the gutter moulding. Will replace screws with stainless and also need to replace the moulding... Thanks for the suggestions.
