Title:   Marquis engine coolant expansion tank.

My expansion tank has finally split after 12 years of use.  Its a Ford part # F6HZ-8A080-B
Apparently these 6x27x4 inch plastic tanks have a high failure rate.  I have ordered a replacement from Ford in Utica NY.
I would like to have a custom tank made.  Has anybody gone this route??  If so would you share the details....material, size and where you installed it .

There is a company that makes a direct replacement metal tank for your coach that Roy Mueller told me about. If you contact him, he should be able to help you.
