Title: Right front hydraulic jack
Post by: Jeremy Parrett on October 12, 2012, 09:23:10 PM
While blocking  the coach  up higher to extricate us from deep ruts we settled into in very soft grass, the left front jack managed to pull a wire sensor/connector from its fitting.  Everything works fine...levelling etc .
I am at a loss to know what this single black wire and pencil sized hollow  push on connector is for !!  It dangles on    2 feet  of  tough single black wire.
   Anyone got any ideas please???

Jeremy,
The wire is to a magnetic sensor that tells the system when the jack is extended. The leveling system will work perfectly well with the wire off, however there will be no warning if the jack is extended.

Gerald,
thank you for the info.  Where does the connector attach to the sensor ?? I cannot find the sensor.

Jeremy,
The switch should be located in the top of the jack.
