Title: Norcold recall

I had the second recall installed a year ago and it failed also. Norcold will not replace as it can be reset by a qualified tech. Norcold will not pay for this reset, so it cost me $100.00 for the service call and labor. All he did was hold a magnet against it and caused the relay to reset. So keep that in mind before calling for service.

yep buy yourself a 6 dollar magnet and place it a the top of the little box and be patient and it will click and reset itself. WOW :)
