Title: mirrored door slider
Post by: Tom Rogers on October 12, 2009, 08:45:48 PM
2006 Monterey 39' quad slide ... 2 sliding bedroom closet doors toward the back of the bedroom.
Did a search for this and couldn't locate a previous thread. The slider that attaches to the upper door ( there are 2 of them ... 1 on each end of the door ) will not stay locked and allows the sliding mirrored door to drop down. Have tried at least 6 times to make the small arm that locks the slider to the door stay in place but always un-hooks and the door drops down.. Any secrets out there or should I try and buy a new one.

It sounds like you need to replace parts on the upper slides but, Beaver Coach Sales in Bend can probably tell you for sure what is needed.

I think some of the same problems are also discussed in BAC Forum  ›  General Boards  ›  Sources for Suppliers, Parts and Maintenance Materials  ›  Closet latch.
