Title: line conditioner

We discovered that we have a line conditioner next to the transfer switch.  Does anybody know if this is a factory installed option or did the previous owner install it?  There is no label on it but my husband is an electrical engineer and that's what he says it is so if it was a factory option it would be nice to know what brand they installed

We have a 2003 Beaver Marquis Sapphire.  The line conditioner looks like a factory install.  It is the same color as the transfer switch.
