Checked on FMCA Michelin price at $570 each.  Bought Toyo 174 at $360 each and rides great with the 16 ply required. To heck with national accounts.   Even got $65 for the casing at 7 years old.

That was the conclusion I came to also when I bought my Hankooks at $310 each.

Dick, michelins have been overpriced for years.  When they are twice as high as others 30% is not a deal when they time out before wear out.  My tires just came in and yet they still had 2012 dates.  Will run my rears another year assuming they were at least a year old when installed.
