Anyone ever adjusted their slide? My slide end toward the back of the coach seems to be about 1/2 inch out of adjustment. Need to adjust it out not in, the cabinet over the sink does not butt up against the wall like the front.
From looking it seems that you would loosen the bolts and then some how move the slide out by a tooth on the gear and retighten.
Looking for input.

I have never performed the task that you are referring to, but from what I understand, the adjustment that you want to perform is accomplished by jacking the slide up enough to move it over one tooth on the equalizer bar. However I am not positive that is what you need to do. I would call Ken Carpenter at BCS (Beaver Coach Sales) before I got too involved.
Also check the pin or keyway (both styles are used) that holds the gears to the equalizer shaft, because if one of these are broken, it will cause the same problem.

I had to insert steel plates between the slide floor and the rollers to get rid of a rear "sag" on my coach. I was able to lift the slide using 2 hi-lift (farm) jacks. I put a short 2x6 at the rear of the slide above the storage bin for the jacks to contact. You should be able to get about 1/4 to 3/8" clearance. BSC said they used "camper jacks".

Steve, no,sag here, just rear side of slide goes in too far and does not extend all the way out.

My thought was that maybe you could get enough clearance to move the slide by 1 tooth as Gerald suggested. In any case, I'd talk to BSC before attempting anything.
