Title: Tag axel lubrication

Wanted to check the oil level in the tag axel. But can't get the hub off. I can't get enough leverage to pop the hub. There can't be a special tool for this, or can there? A guy with 20" biceps? Lol

Are you referring to the rubber cap /seal on the plastic oil bath?  
 The oil level is visible in the narrow clear band of plastic  around this cap.  Just wipe it with cloth if it is dirty.
