Title: Back-up alarm no longer beeps / door bell sticks

What part do I need to keep my back up alarm going again?

Also, my door bell switch sticks and will keep ringing until I take it apart or jiggle it.

Any solutions?

Richard,
Is the alarm module (beeper) receiving 12V (signal) when you are in reverse? Most likely it is a defective alarm module, but there is no way to tell without checking the circuit.

As for the door bell, it is obvious from your description that you need a new button (switch).
