Post by: Fred Nikirk on November 09, 2013, 09:36:15 PM
I was wondering what the headlight assembly was manufactured for and what year.

Fred,
Not 100% sure but I think it is a Lincoln Navigator unit. If you look closely at the light, you may see the Lincoln emblem. If you can read the SAE #, usually embossed at the edge of the lens, you can look it up on the web to confirm mfgr and year.  There were a number of threads on this earlier here.

Lincoln Navigator assemblies from the 1990's were commonly used.  Exactly which one yours is can be determined as Steve suggests, and aftermarket ones are common on EBay.  If you find exactly which assembly yours is, from the lens or perhaps the assembly's back, you may find it cheaper in a wrecking yard.

Fred,
Your headlights interchange with a 1999 to 2002 Lincoln Navigator.
