I removed a 6" X 6" wood plate form the wall along side the passenger captains chair. Behind it were some wires and what looks like a small reset switch of some kind. It is on the end of 2 wires and is about half the size of a pencil eraser.
Any ideas?
Thanking you in advance for your help.

Do you have keyless entry? If so it is probably the switch to re-program you entry pad, that would be my guess. Mine is kind of hidden up under the switches and cup holder about the storage rack.

I think Lee is correct. My Keyless Entry documentation indicates that is exactly where the Keyless Entry brain and reprogramming access is found... right side of the copilot's seat behind a small square wood cover. I have not been in there yet. My philosophy is if it ain't broke, then don't screw with it.

Thank you very much. Seeing that mine has not worked since I purchased it almost 2 yrs ago, I will just keep using my fob. Works for me.
