Well after 12 years I need to replace the house batteries in my 2003 Beaver Manterey. I know that the Trojan T-105 is a good battery, but would like to know if anyone has used batteries from Costco or Sam's Club. If you have did they work out OK? Any input would be helpful.
Thanks

Jim,
I bought mine at NAPA five years ago, they were priced reasonably.

I've never seen a complaint about the Costco 6V batteries anywhere.

I put a new set of golf cart batteries in last year... 6 6-volt batteries. The cost was $103 per battery all in... not a great deal... but I like to deal with Les Schwab's if at all possible.

I've done my share of business with Les over the decades, including batteries. But my last one priced out far best at Costco last year. I'd certainly not be concerned about battery quality there - their Kirklands are built by one of the most reputable manufacturers.

I too went with the Costco batteries. At $87.97 each and buying them in a non sales tax state it's a good buy.

Just returned from a trip to Costco and they said they do not carry the 6 volt deep cycle batteries. It may be it's just that the store in Greensboro, NC does not carry them. I will check to see if there is any other Costco's that's not to far. I think I will also check with Sams Club. Has any one use Sams?

I have used Sam's for my chassis batteries in the Contessa and also used their 6V golf cart batteries as house batteries in a previous coach. Both worked fine without any issues.

Call or visit a Costco and have them do a search for SKU 245725. They should tell you which stores have them and how many they have.
