Title: Satellite Not working and the fix

The Tracvision R5 quit working and Mobile Satellite of Lakeland, FL had a unique fix. The problem is from inconistant power supply from the 12 volt system due to the lenght of the wire to it. The fix is change the power supply to a lap top power supply. Good use for an the old lap top charger.

Hey any thing that will deliver the correct voltage and amperage will work, the power supply for the Winegard Trav'ler I installed in the Beaver looks just like a laptop brick power unit. The old Dome had a RadioShack power supply to it.
