Title: Keyless Entry help

I have a friend that is trying to find the following.

PT 50 Essex Remote Keyless entry kit.   Essex Re-1704

That is all the numbers I have. It is the little circuit board that is under the dash if that helps. It looks to be the size of a credit card. Thanks in advance for any help.
