Title: Light Switch Location
Post by: Matthew Harger on June 22, 2014, 05:01:06 AM
Dumb question of the night.... Can someone please tell me where the light switch is that controls the two halogen dome lights that are above the captain and co-pilot chairs.  I have looked and flicked every switch and can't find it. Thank you.

Matthew,

Try the dash light switch, left of the steering wheel.

Thanks Steve I wondered the same thing. Mathew not to hijack your thread but What did you do last month about your inverter I think I have a similar problem now.

Gary-

I took Gerald's advice and picked up this small  box fan from Amazon.

http://www.amazon.com/AC-Infinity-LS1225A-X-Standard-Cooling/dp/B009OWVUJ0/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1403590460&sr=8-11&keywords=ac+infinity+fan

I mounted it on the back of the inverter where the air intake slots are and plugged it in.  I could easily feel lots of air blowing out of the side vent.   Works great, no more overheating overloads.   The plug in issue didn't bother me since the only time I was getting the heat overload was while plugged into shore power or running the Genset.   It never overloaded while simply inverting.

Perfect temporary fix until I can pull the entire unit and replace the internal one. In fact this fan is probably more powerful and pushing more air through so maybe I'll leave it for the time being.
