Title: Fresh Water Leak
Post by: Dick Simonis on July 06, 2014, 08:31:14 PM
Quick question.

I developed a leak at the outlet from the hot water heater and can not remember the name of the fittings Beaver used.

This is a 1/2" Compression X 1/2" NPT 90 degree swivel elbow.

The sealing cone on the NPT side cracked.

Thanks for any infor.

Dick

Mine is a push on 90 degree with half inch pipe like this:  http://www.parts.rvhydronicheaterrepair.com/Fitting-Elbow-90-1-2-PEX-x-1-2-F-NPT-PSF-PLX-803-FSE-PLX-803-FSE.htm

Another picture is one at Amazon:  http://www.amazon.com/Watts-P-635-Connect-Female-Swivel/dp/B000BOE0S8/ref=sr_1_163?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1404684656&sr=1-163

The last one I bought was from Lowes and I think the brand on the bag was Blue Hawk.
