Title: Couch Seat Belts Missing
Post by: Les Brandt on August 03, 2014, 04:47:46 PM
When I bought my coach, The previous owner had replaced the couch. I didn't realize till we went on our first excursion, that there were no seat belts under the couch. Can anyone tell me what length buckle and what length strap I need to order? I need these for our next holiday in a few weeks and want to order them ASAP.

Thanks in advance for your info.

I was not aware couches had belts under them. Busses do not require seat belts.

Les,
There is a very high probability that your coach never had seat belts for the couch. Therefore you will have find a mounting location, and that will determine your belt length. Some owners use the couch frame, and some owner use either the exposed metal floor to wall reinforcement or just drill through the floor. The problem with drilling through the floor is that you need to maintain clearance for slide rollers as well as the lower seal.
