I have an '04 Monterey with a 400 hp cat.  Local truck service says my transmission cooler is shot and not repairable.  BCS does not have a replacement and so far the service garage has not been able to come up with a solution.  Anyone out there know of a source for a new cooler for my Allison transmission?

Call Roy Mueller.  I watched him install a "football" shaped cooler in a Beaver a little over a year ago.

Can you show us a picture or give more details about the cooler.  Does it have both engine coolant and transmission fluid going thru it?  What are the dimensions?  Where is it mounted?  If it is just transmission fluid and is mounted with the radiator (BTW, is this a rear or side radiator?), then you should be able to use an after market transmission cooler.

Just spoke with the service center and they located one.  I don't know where but it is coming.  Thanks for the reply.
