Title: Kitchen slide won't go out
Post by: John Hennessey on October 26, 2014, 03:23:57 AM
Tried to put the kitchen slide out and when I push the switch to extend the slide, absolutely nothing, no even a click. When I push the rocker switch to bring it in I hear it engage. Both other slides operate normally.

John,
It sounds like you have a defective switch, but you need to check it with a good meter to be sure before replacement.

So my wife decides to push the switch for the kitchen slide and out it goes.  Could it be a sticky temperamental limit switch or more likely a bad contact with the rocker switch?

John,
It is most likely a bad contact in the switch, and if it failed to make contact once, it will do it again.
