Title: Big Boy noise

 I have been waking up in early morning 3:00 5:00 AM  (not every day)to a noise like a cabinet door slamming,
Last night I finally located problem. The Big Boy relay engaging  making the noise.
Has anyone else had the problem, why would the Big Boy relay engage intermittently?

Orman,
Assuming that you are plugged into shore power and the inverter is consistently charging the house batteries, the most likely problem is the "Bird" module. However, before you replace anything, I would definitely verify that there was no interruption in shore or battery charging voltage from the inverter. You should also call Intellitec Technical Support to verify that the problem is not normal under some conditions.
