Recently our air leveling system stop functioning and displayed a fault code on the control pad. Monaco tried to help but was unsuccessful but they gave me Valid's phone number in Salmon Arm ,British Columbia 250-804-1247. Valid's tech support walked me through the reset procedure and fuse location as well as the tracing of the 15 pin connecter which was my problem. Very helpful folks at Valid.
