My Aqua Hot was doing fine this morning. Turned system off to go out for day. Now diesel will not start and electric unsure. Control panel everything looks good, all green lights. Any ideas need heat.

John,
I'd hit the reset button even thought everything looks OK on the controller.

Thanks, Steve.
Could low coolent level cause not to start?
-
John, Are all lights green,
Check the coolant under the Radiator cap not the tank

We are connected to 50 amp service, forgot to include that info. Coolant is full, removed cap and checked. Any other ideas, not firing off? No faults on panel at unit. All lights look good, pushed reset button. Thanks.

John,
You said that electric was "unsure". Not clear to me what that means. Is the electric mode not heating at all or partially or? You may need to leave if on for a bit to get it to heat in the electric mode.
Thx, Steve

John,
Not really sure what your issue is. If the coach is plugged in and the electric part is on, there is a good posibility that the aqua hot is satisfied and has no reason to turn on the diesel portion if that is what you are suggesting. If that is the case, go turn off the 120volt circuit in the bedroom and run some hot water thru the faucets and then turn on the diesel switch and thermostat to heat and turn it up to 80 degrees. If it does not turn on after a few minutes, then the issue is in the wabasto unit or the controls, (aqua stat thermostat or limit switch) If the wabasto comes on and tries to ignite and mis-fires, then the issue is one of the following :the fuel supply, nozzle, igniter, photo cell, fuel pump. Enclosed is the trouble shooting guide.
BTW did you get the hour meter I sent you? Regards, Fred

#1. unplug & plug back in one of the plugs on the control box, that will sometimes tell you if the box is bad
#2 Bypass # 15 & 16 on the PC Board, that will tell you if the Thermostat is bad.
#3 try bumping the rear of the Webasto unit ( maybe a dead spot on the drive motor

Take off cover of control panel, should be 4 screws. Take a small screw driver and tighten all electrical connections. I had similar problems last year and called Aqua Hot and spoke with a tech. That cured my problems. Ron Baisley
