Title: Airex Coleman 27000 btu basement airconditioning unit

I have a Coleman Airex Basement ac unit. It replaced the original unit that went out of production Jan 1 2011.
  It has worked .  Trying to start it yesterday the blowers run but the compressors will not start.
  WE used it 3 weeks ago  in the Baja on a tested 50 amp ac supply and it worked fine.
 Anyone know of likely causes for the compressors not to run.???
 I have removed the fuse in the thermostat board to reset the memory.
 The unit was installed August 2015.  Thanks,

Jeremy,
If you do not have a tripped breaker or a bad circuit board, the most common reason for the compressor to not engage is a low refrigerant level. In other words, a refrigerant leak. So, trouble shoot the electrical circuit thoroughly before pulling the unit to check for a refrigerant leak.

Apparently there is a reset button on the circuit board.   Going to check tomorrow.

The thermostat checked out OK. Yellow and orange wires have power to the board when cold or heat is demanded.
 The Airxcell heat pump works in heat mode. Both compressors running fine.
 It has to be the circuit board that is bad.  New board being installed Saturday 19th March !!

Pete Tabera of Tabera RV Repair . Colton.CA replaced the circuit board today with my spare.  Still no a/c.  Checked the board to freeze sensor ...no continuity !!  By passed freeze sensor and bingo.....a/c fired right up !! 
To replace the freeze sensor means you have to R&R the unit.  That is scheduled for last week in April.  Meanwhile we have a/c and a good original circuit board as a spare.!!
 His cost today was 1 hour labor and traveling time from Colton to North Palm Springs. $235.
 April R&R  will be 2 hours  labor .........plus sensors and a thorough cleaning of the unit  1 hour labor and service charge.   
  Apparently this  failure  can be attributed to the open neutral we experienced in Las Vegas recently.
  They will billed in April !!
