Title: Wheel Polishing in Eloy
Post by: Dick Simonis on March 30, 2016, 03:22:09 PM
I recall that some folks have commented on having their wheels polished in Eloy, AZ and I'm thinking about having that done tomorrow on our way to Wickenburg.  I would be interested in hearing about your experience such as how long it takes, wait time, quality of the job, and etc.

Thanks for any input.

Dick

Dick,
I've had mine done at Petro a couple of times. They were located just after you pulled through the semi diesel pumps. They got $5 per wheel, but that was a few years ago. Did a pretty fair job, took about 20 minutes as they had 2-3 guys doing it. If you've got to wait, the Iron Skillet has good food.

If you are heading west on I-10 just as you are getting to Eloy (half way between Tucson and Casa Grande) Get off on Sunshine blvd exit 208 and M & M polishing is on your left. Best 5 bucks per wheel you will ever spend. Smokin' Deal
Dick's wheels look brand new. Fred

Are they directly across Sunshine  from Petro?

       Steve,
I think so, I'll ask Dick this morning. We are on a rally with the Tucson Drifters in Wickenburg Az

I just had mine done yesterday at M&M.  Very nice job and it took about 45 minutes to do all 6.  Pull into the large lot, do a U-turn and a chap guides you to the work area and immediately start work.

$5.00 per wheell so $30 for the gob and I gave a $10.00 tip.  Easy.

The location is on Sunshine just past Pilot on the left.

Do they pull the lug nut covers off or just go around them?

They left the nut covers on.  Next time I will ask them to remove the covers.
