I have a 2007 Contessa. The multi-plex light switch in the kitchen broke, but just one of the plastic buttons. All 5 others are working fine. Currently taped up and functioning. It is a six button vertical switch. black cover pulls off. there are 4 small screws that hold the plastic switch(s) (one piece for all six switches) to the actual switch mechanism, which looks like a small motherboard. The wire connection is soldered, 3 wires.
Called BCS. They have the entire cover, clear plastic buttons and motherboard available, $250. Yikes!! I just need the clear plastic 'button' part. Has anyone else replaced one? If so, where did you get it? BCS is researching but Id thought Id throw it out here. I can't be the first one to break a plastic switch.
Thanks Ken

I did a search online a few years ago. I think there were some on eBay, etc. But a quick one now came up with the following, which is still pretty costly for what it is. More searching online might turn up more.

Check around the site if you want a more specific part, or contact Intellitec.
These prices are an example of why I learned a little about electronics repair and how to use different epoxies. ;)

Well there's the following two items on the same site:
http://www.pdxrv.com/catalog/i3803.html
and
http://www.pdxrv.com/catalog/i307.html
Forgive me if neither of those is what you're after.
