I have door actuated switches for each bay door that I've been told are to illuminate a dashboard warning light. However, if I have a light it's not operational and I'm wondering if it would be more worthwhile to re-purpose the switch to turn on the associated bay light.
Has anyone else considered making this change?? If the switches are tied into the alarm system that might be a small issue so that needs to be considered.
