Title: water in air system
Post by: Joe Rhea on July 05, 2016, 09:34:52 PM
I'm getting a lot of water showing up in the air supply lines to the stairway slide and horn. Both solinods are screwed up due to water. I blow the tanks frequently and get very little moisture. I replaced the air drier filter when I bought the coach with a after market cartridge instead of a OEM.I have ordered a oem filter to replace the after market. Perhaps someone could share some light as to what is happening.

Do you hear the purge valve on the drier exhausting periodically when the engine is running?

yes
The relief valve on the drier works. The only thing I can think of is the air is bypassing inside the filter.
