We will be traveling with two cats shortly. The warning buzzer reminding you the coach is not up to air will be very annoying to the cats. If I promise to wait until I'm up to proper air, will I do any harm by disabling the buzzer?

Probably not but when I lost all air going down a mountain in VA a couple years ago the thing that saved our butts was the loss of air alarm! It gave me the time i needed to get off the road and stopped before the spring brake stopped me right where I was. Just a thought. My cat just hides for a few minutes and then is back to normal.

Jeff,
It is a matter of safety so you need to leave it enabled while driving. You cannot watch the gauges constantly so you need a warning before the brakes will lock up on there own due to low air. If you do anything to override the alarm, use a spring loaded momentary push button switch where the alarm over ride has to be held down to work.
