Title: SLIDE OUT TIPS
Post by: Roger Bowton on September 04, 2010, 03:57:39 AM
The kitchen slide tips out just a little at the top when turning a sharp corner at slow speeds with the passenger side a little lower and with a little bump. Like when manuvering out of a fuel stop etc.. It tips just enough to make a noise when it comes back in.   It doesn't have slide locks like the driver side does.  Any ideas  for preventing this?

I have two locking arms that I place inside at the front and rear of the kitchen slide each time I retract it. At times, the movement of this slide without these arms in place can be fairly "dramatic", especially at the entrances/exits of some driveways and fuel stops. Seems to work fine.

JIM

i guess this is nothing unusual, I was concerned that this problem was due to a problem with the unit.  Are you using the short aluminum bars with rubber tips or is it something that might work even better?

Thanks
