Title: 2005 Beaver Santiam Step Cover

My step well cover stopped working.  Is it powered by air or electric? Anyone ever repairs one.

Ours is powered by air.  On ours the solenoid that controls the air is (I think) located in the left front electrical bay.  We have a solenoid for the air horn (which I replaced a few weeks ago) and the step cover located very close to each other with an air line that Ts with a line running from the T to each solenoid.  Thus, they share a common air supply line.
