Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum. Just bought a 1999 Beaver Patriot Brandywine. There is a vent fan under the upper cabinets directly behind the passenger seat that runs continuously. Can someone tell me what that vent is for and how do I turn it off? I know it has to be depleting my coach batteries, but I can't figure it out. I've located two rocker hi and low switches for the Hurricane heater in kitchen and bedroom, and they are off. Thanks!

First, welcome to the Beaver family and congratulations on the great coach.
In a cabinet over the passanger seat should be a blank panel with about four screws. On our 98 Pat this was where the Bose system amplifier was. There is a fan to cool the amp and it is controled by a switch marked "stereo". On ours the switch was in the cabinet over the middle of the windshield.
Its been a few years but this is my best recollection. Hope it helps.

Thanks Keith!
That was it. Ours a bit different location, but never dreamed an amp would be "hidden" there!
Thanks again,
Mark

Mark, on our 2004 Marquis it is up behind the kitchen sink in the lower sink cabinet. I found on a major remodel I completed.
