I also wanted to know my tank capacities and I didn't see a direct answer but I did find an article that listed the specifications.

1996 Monterey

Gas Tank: 90 gallons
Fresh Water: 100 gallons
Black water: 50 gallons
Gray water: 50 gallons
Hot Water: 6 gallons
Propane: 35 gallons

Go to Beaver History on the BAC web page (About tab) and you'll find factory brochures for most Beaver coaches back through 1974.  https://sites.google.com/site/beavermotorhomehistory/home
