Apparently the courtesy service maintained by the folks that bought Monaco when they went bankrupt is coming to an end. Our service guy was informed of the just last Friday.

Can you provide more information to what extent this entails?
Does this mean we can no longer call tech support for questions or order parts? Thanks for info

On February 24, the Coburg OR call centers will be closed and the calls will be routed to Decatur IN. They are sending some of their techs out here for some training, not sure as to what they will be doing for the older units. There will be some level of service but it will not be what you are used to.

Not sure what portion of this you dont see from BCS. Seems to me they have been doing a fantastic job answering questions and offering solutions since Ty and Jodi took over.
Does look like they will be much busier now and I dont know how they can manage. Everyone there is working so hard now.

I TOTALLY AGREE. KEN is a SUPERSTAR! He has save my bum more than once. I LOVE THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! I had some paint work performed and there are no words to describe how PERFECT IT WAS...BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. WOW 8)
